  My first review got removed for some reason (suspect). $330 to change a small gas pipe. I feel this plumber ripped me off and I do not recommend them at all. The experience was most unpleasant and they nearly broke my gas cooktop as well. I came very close to taking them to small claims court. I will also mention that this company does not appear to be Australian owned or operated which actually says a lot in this particular instance. Complete lack of customer service and from the other reviews, it would appear that I am not alone. Avoid this company and in my personal opinion the 'Marco' group of companies as a whole.

  I like the other unfortunate consumers of this business was ripped off. I was charged $230 for a part which retails at $11.70 at bunnings. They also charged me $350 for a new shower head which retails for $230. And not only that, they replaced the shower head with a cheaper model without my knowledge of consent. Plus they charge $180 p/hr. The local plumbers in my area charge $80 p/hr. This company is unethical, immoral, and a rip off.

  Huge thanks to Marco Plumbing Solutions, as they promptly arrived on a very short notice to help me in a desperate situation! The sewerage was completely blocked in my house. Nothing worked. My plumber was keen to help but he had no equipment for that. The Marco team arrived just 20 min after I called, and they provided fast and effective service. Unblocked the sewerage and cleaned everything after the work was done. Outstanding professionals!
